Originally announced as a three-album series, blows things up to a more epic four, and considering the numerous highlights here, fans will find that well-deserved. Newcomers may be alienated by lyrics that are strictly street knowledge plus traditional beats that come from the hardcore handbook, and yet, when the 's cool, -like delivery is dropped on top, baller music lovers are drawn in like moths to the flame. The guest list is kept lean with and being the big names, and with a strong track list all around, lead single and key cut "The Top" doesn't need to come in until the fourth quarter. ~ David Jeffries
