After a runaway adventure in a motor home, a high school reunion at the beach, and a work trip to a stock car race in Alabama, the Queens seemed to have settled down...but for how long?
When the challenges of caring for her aging uncle prove to be too difficult, Liz makes the painful decision to admit him to an assisted living facility. Once there, Liz's BFF Leslie learns of a need for a volunteer program to enhance and expand the life experiences of the residents. Eager to help, Leslie signs up for duty to head up the program and enlists the help of her ride-or-die BFF Liz. In their desire to excel, as always, the Queens push the objectives a little too far, and in doing so, risk the volunteer program being disbanded. As the residents spring into action to keep their newfound privileges and activities, the Queens must decide exactly how far they are willing to go to save the program.
