After graduating college, a 22-year-old kid chose to live on the streets of Chicago. He didn't know much about homelessness, but his curiosity drove him. What went through someone's mind experiencing homelessness? What did that feel like? He spent his nights in an overnight shelter and befriended individuals, often twice his age, from all walks of life--ranging from a war hero to a man who spent half his life in prison. Together, these men confronted the psychological struggles of living homeless and the quickly deteriorating physical conditions around them. Through friendship and love, he realized anything could be endured. But what would happen if that support system no longer existed?
