was created as a result of the increasing numbers of Latinos using human services in the United States. They make up the largest percentage of ethnic minorities in the country, and it is imperative that human service workers understand the most effective interventions when working with this population.
This book provides the reader with theoretical and practical ideas about how to most appropriately serve Latinos. Its current revisions include updated prevalence rates and overall demographic statistics based on the 2018 census. Additionally, the latest research studies with Latinos have been incorporated into existing chapters.
