"I Am My Worst Enemy" is about owning up to your responsibilities and facing your fears. Sometimes we want to blame all of our problems on the enemy or somebody else to help us cope better in life. But, the reality is, most of the time, we are the creators of our problems. In this book, I want to help you look at all angles of life - mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
