This is a true story of a Black lawyer who moved to the South to practice law and found the South had not changed and had regressed to an earlier time when Blacks were hung for being too smart. She was falsely accused of a crime and convicted. When she was released, she searched to discover how she was convicted when under the law, she had not committed a crime. Her investigation led her to discover court corruption that included both the Texas Supreme Court and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. She appealed through the federal system to the United States Supreme Court. She discovered corruption and a conspiracy between the state and federal courts which defeat appeals and writs of Habeas corpus. The corruption led all the way to the United States Supreme Court and perhaps the justices themselves. All of her pleadings were either destroyed or altered by someone. Blacks and the poor do not get meaningful appeals and fair trials. The United States Constitution is not being applied to their cases. My story highlights how this is being done in the United States at this time such that there are many executions and incarcerations of innocent persons in this country. My story is how I discovered the corruption. I survived warrantless searches of my town house, my money and everything I own being stolen. Someone intended to destroy me and everything I stood for in the way I had lived my life. They did not count of the intervention of the "Whisperer", the Holy Spirit or God protecting me. I survived incarceration and living hell for nine years to tell my story. I learned that Edward Snowden was correct about surveillance of American citizens by this country. Anyone who doubts that there is a God should read my story. I survived against incredible odds. Through adversity, I found myself in its purist form. I liked this stripped down version of myself who loved God and tried to reflect him in her life. I was able to learn how they falsely convicted me and defeated my appeal.
