Misty is a beautiful young woman with a ugly past. Misty grew up in the foster care system on Long Island. At the age of 14 she was violently attacked by a group of local boys. She ran away to the city and fate gave her the family she'd prayed for. Life moved on but Misty was trapped in that horrible moment. She was trapped by the memories of her screams and their laughter and by the scars they'd left. She wanted more than anything to be able to step out into the light and be one of the happy people. She knew that in order for her to live the life she wanted she had to take theirs.
