A United States Marine Corps Veteran falls victim to VA medical malpractice and finds himself trapped in a whirlwind of nightmares after a 74 year VA legal loophole crushed his life and livelihood and set him up to fail in ways that he and his family could have never seen coming or ever imagined. This led to additional physical, emotional, and mental hardship.
After researching the egregiousness of this legal loophole he uncovered jaw dropping information which has resulted in destroying the lives of Veterans and their families for generations. Through pure strength through determination this Marine Veteran took it upon himself to stand up, get involved, and fight for the 'good of the country', to protect his fellow Vets.
Courageously, he drafted his own legislation, and hand delivered it to the steps of the Capital Building in Washington DC. He walked the halls of congress going door to door urging lawmakers to change this outdated law that has denied Veterans rightful compensation after they have been injured and/or killed due to medical negligence and malpractice due to no fault of their own while seeking treatment within VA hospitals and clinics.
This story of resilience, perseverance, and never giving up despite the deck being stacked against you is a heart wrenching, and heart warming story of one man taking on Congress and the highest levels of the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a never before seen look inside a broken, corrupt, and bureaucratic system that has failed our Veterans over and over again.
This Marine Veteran has proved to our country that you do have a voice, and you can make a difference and create the necessary positive change that's needed to create a better tomorrow for all Veterans. As you read this story you will find inspiration that no matter how bad your situation may be, or become, there is always hope, people who love you, and a chapter yet to be written.
