On their fifth Korean-language EP, K-pop quintet continue their playful, genre-blending approach with a handful of fresh, catchy earworms. finds the newly minted quintet in strong, self-sufficient mode, tackling romance and love with attitude and a sly wink. Lead single "Nxde" introduces the set with witty kiss-offs as violin strings swell and a dramatic beat stomps on critics. The elastic cabaret of "Sculpture" follows in the same vein, just as the creepy "DARK (X-file)" injects a rebellious sense of danger with lines like "Wanna take a puff on my joint?" The anthemic pop/rock of "LOVE" and "Change" adds a serious, urgent energy to the mix, while "Reset" lends inspirational heft.
