With nothing to do over summer break, twelve-year-old, Abby, decides to start watching her neighbors through a pair of binoculars. She finds that they are all rather boring. That is until fifteen-year-old, Bianca, comes to spend the summer with her dad, next door. Abby becomes acquainted with Bianca, all while noticing some oddities about her. She finds certain things in Bianca's bedroom that only a princess would have. She also overhears strange conversations between Bianca and her mother on the telephone. With Abby's suspicions heightened that her next door neighbor is a real-life princess, she is determined to find out the truth. Is Bianca a princess or just an average girl?
