The Australian Space Military is on high alert, having received news of a large body that has entered the Solar System and remained at their vibrational level. The planet is full of aliens and Brigadier Hazelnutcoffee knows that if it comes down to a fight, there's really no contest. The only way is diplomacy and Haze decides to activate one of the 'Specials', aka Homo Galacticus. Ida, though, is unaware of her special skills. She is sitting alone on her bunk bed in Sydney, pondering her life, hoping for some dramatic change to take her from her studies and work. She hardly expects to be rushed off to a secret Australian IFO base under the Northern Territory to help them operate one of their ships, with the intention of visiting a planet parked near Uranus. That was not on her schedule for today. She isn't expecting aliens to contact her telepathically, either. She is only 16, after all. After meeting the aliens on their 1600km spacecraft they discover there is a bigger threat. Another planet has arrived on the other side of the sun. A planet that has begun absorbing the sun's energy. With the sun's output changing, freak weather conditions start becoming more common on Earth. Hurricanes, tornadoes, typhoons and more. If the weather conditions continue to increase in severity, the human race may not survive. Why are the aliens here? How can the disasters on Earth be prevented? And why is the other planet drawing dark gravity energy from Sol? Find out more in Ida and the Planet Invasion. Book #1 in the Galactic Missions Series.
