This book takes readers on a journey of healing and self-love. The author gets very transparent about how he was able to overcome the many obstacles that can trouble us all in life, in love, and in relationships. As a person, who felt as if they had loss their voice the author had to get real about the current state of their mental health and seek out therapy to be able to express their feelings. A relationship that was thought to be a forever love rattled this author to the core and led them to question everything they once knew about life, love, and relationships. By being brave, enough to go on this journey the author was able to experience personal growth and deepen his spiritual beliefs.
