This detailed examination of the architecture of the tombs of Egyptian officials during the 18th Dynasty is based on a catlogue of Theban tombs. Making geographical and chronological comparisons, Wasmuth discusses evidence for architectural innovations, particularly in the extremely elaborate layout of chambers and passages.
