October is career month at Harris Elementary and the school is buzzing with excitement as Mrs. Kingsley's class starts to think about their big move to Middle School. Malani Rose & Company are excited but nervous about the big transition. The pressure to know what you want to be when you grow up is starting to weigh on the group of friends. To ease the pressure and find jobs they are interested in Malani uses her imagination to learn more about being a working adult. Malani's magic adventure sketchbook launches her and the Company into a world of career exploration. With the help of the company, Malani eventually figures out her adult job.... but not without trouble along the way.
