The King of Zanabaria has at last taken notice of Prince James pleas for assistance in Calabar. Though Ryan, the Duke of Bel Isle, was sent to take charge of the Princes area of the castle at Calabar he has been so busy sorting out the finances which are a disaster as the Duke of Calabar has spent far more money than he had and used the Princes purse to keep the Duchy going. James other pleas have taken longer to sort out and now a Chancellor to look into the finances, a Master of Ceremonies to prepare the program after William's arrival and also the requested chef have been dispatched. The Earl of Black Rock has come on ahead with Prince Luke and the Master of Ceremonies, leaving his wife and daughter to follow at a gentle pace by carriage. The Admiralty are delighted to have a visit from Prince Luke who has come to do a project on Southport. Their ideas for the future of Southport have been sorted out well in advance and they have planned to encourage the Prince to see there point of view. When Luke returns he tells his brother William all about the nice time he as had in Calabar and William cannot now wait to leave.
