When "The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ: The Philosophic and Practical Basis of the Religion of the Aquarian Age of the World and of the Church Universal", by Levi H. Dowling, was published December 1st, 1908, it caused controversy in the world of Christianity. When the "Aquarian Gospel" was published, it created many questions because nobody ever explained the concept of parallel timelines. Dowling claimed that he had obtained the information from the Akashic Records (the Book of God's Remembrance made from every thought, word, and action). Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning "Primary substance". "Akashic Records" is from the Universal Mind or the Supreme Intelligence. All knowledge of any kind can be obtained from the "Akashic Records". It is called the "Akashic Records" by Oriental scholars and the "Book of God's Remembrance" by Hebrew rabbis. In Christianity, the "Akashic Records" are called the "Book of Life".
