Elder Tommy Owens is a goldly husband, father and grandfather. He has been married to his wife, Apostle, Dr. Cecelia Owens for 33 years. Together they established a covenant with God in marriage and in ministry that sustains their union. The Owens serve in ministry together as CEO and COO/Board Chairman of The Victory Center, Inc., a nonprofit education arm of Everlasting Truth Ministries, Inc. Elder Tommy Owens is a 20-year civil service retiree and 32-year retired disabled veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He is also a graduate of Saint Leo University, a Roman Catholic liberal arts college of the Benedictine tradition. Elder Tommy has written over 100 poems and short stories over the past 30 years.
