K-12 Civil Leadership™ (K-12CVL)
assists education and organization leaders in building connections to improve student interactions. This book explains the origins of K-12 CVL, gives leaders tools to develop a small-scale Social Action Plan, and teaches appropriate assessment methods needed to implement larger interventions through community partnerships. Leaders are provided research to support steps of the implementation processes and charts to complete as exercises and reflection. Demands of a changing U.S. demographic, fluctuating economics, and diminishing health challenges that create disparity have become new territory for many education and organization leaders. K-12 CVL aids leaders in yielding this uncertainty by hosting partnerships for student families towards a sustainable future.
