English summary: In the 1970s, NATO commissioned air-hygienic-meteorological model studies for the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main region. Based on these studies, Till Behrens developed a master plan for Frankfurt, which was honored by the government of the Land Hessen as a "framework concept". Frankfurt was given the unique opportunity to become a role model for climatic urban planning in Europe. However, the city ignored this as well as the citizen commitment. Following on the documentation "Frankfurter Grungurtel-Flussufer-Konzeption 1969-2014", the new volume describes how the city council to this day substitutes real climate planning with green cosmetics, excludes citizens and authors, stages itself with a failed plagiarism, continues to hand over protected green areas to the capital interests of city-owned construction companies. And politicians of all parties go along with this. Darauf basierend entwickelte Till Behrens den von der Hessischen Landesregierung als "Rahmengebendes Gesamtkonzept" ausgezeichneten Masterplan.
