Legend of the Impossible Pine Tree: Ancient Wisdom for a Troubled Planet
By: B C Danei
This is a rare opportunity to witness a current-day Hopi grandfather passing ancient wisdom to his son and grandchildren around a campfire. John Tale-Weaver Jones takes us back in time to tell how a mythical tree learned how to harness the power of the mind - the same power we all possess and use every single moment. Do we use it correctly or contribute to the world's chaos? Hopi Elders are warning us that our planet is out of balance. They have pled to the United Nations assembly for all to come together with loving hearts to join in healing the Earth. Just pretty words? Tale-Weaver sheds light on how things really work! The Mayan Calendar is ending. It's time to believe in old legends, to receive a message of hope for these troubled times.
About the Author
For B C Danei, understanding what makes the universe work and how we function in it is the compelling question. Upon finding a portion of that truth, the quest is how to share its essence with others. A wife, a mother, and homemaker, she and her husband, Tom, together have five children and five grandchildren. She's taught college art courses and literacy classes. Danei was a television producer at TBS, a scriptwriter, a newspaper correspondent, and a public relations director for Bill Sauber, author of
The Fourth Kingdom.
As a civilian, she worked in television, training support center management, and military personnel management at Headquarters Forces Command. Also a successful architectural designer, she developed a method of building construction impervious to severe tornados, hurricanes, and forest fires. She will be offering her life-saving "green" architectural plans to the public via the web.
