In a Church world society where there are so many differences and yet many similarities we must remain focused on the main thing. We often fight to maintain the fragile balance of purpose, ambition and egos within people who serve in ministry and that of those who make up the faith community. How to love people and find a common ground of unity to become a fully productive faith community minimizing the added created conflicts when self takes center stage. This book will challenge your thinking of established norms in the church and beyond pushing for a new growth mindset that will create positive change and results. Reading this book will be a eye opening mirror experience! Jason Dixon was born in the beautiful city of Toronto Canada. Having relocated to the United States as a teen he attended bible college and excelled into ministry on many levels. From youth leader to state wide evangelism to the missions, ministry is in his blood. In 2016 he was ordained as the senior pastor of The Power Of God Ministries in the city of Port Charlotte Florida. A ministry in which his parents Bishop Aquilla and Fay Dixon had founded in 1997. As another arm of evangelism he founded Jason Dixon International Outreach Ministries which travels hosting faith and miracle crusades both domestic and oversees. He is married to Dr. Franyora Dixon and has 3 children.
