Little Bird is ready to build her very first nest but is hesitant since she has never done this before. She tries to build it on her own but quickly realizes she needs help. After asking several friends about what to add to make her nest the best, she attempts a nest but to no avail. She's even given advice from a curious stranger, making her more confused than before. While wrestling with her own inexperience, she fails yet again, but then remembers a wise friend who might be able to give her guidance. Even though she is tired, and the trip is long, she finally discovers the secret to building the nest that is the absolute best for her.
