A dozen plus two tracks of progressive, hard rock that spans material from the Long Island trio's three releases. By the time of 's 1990 live release, their star had fallen from the success of their debut seven years prior, which managed to attain gold certification. The radio hits and are all included in versions that add little to their studio counterparts, and the inclusion of 's is so obvious it almost borders on self-parody. The band does manage to work up a good head of steam on but 's brief time in the spotlight was more due to the longing of music fans for anything even slightly filling the void left.
