What is Washington state's new long-term care payroll tax? How is it better than long-term care insurance? How is it worse? Will it come to your state?
In his latest book, long-term care insurance expert Scott A. Olson, CLTC answers these questions and more.
His first book, "Simple LTC Solution: How to Protect Your Life's Savings with a Long-Term Care Partnership Program" was released in 2018. "The industry has expanded since then," Olson says. "Consumers have more choices now than ever before. It's like walking down the cereal aisle in the grocery store!"
Many top companies are now offering well-rounded, affordable, and comprehensive long-term care products of all kinds: Life/LTC hybrids, Recovery policies, long-term care partnership policies, and revamped traditional long-term care insurance.
"But it's never been more confusing to consumers," Olson continues. "That's why I wrote this book, to help inform consumers so that they can better understand their choices and pick something that works for them."
