Follow the crosswind that travels through your heart, as it goes across the planet.
Imagine yourself, standing far from the daunting gates of civilization.
As you ride along the spine of that wind, a lonely black bird is flying by your side;
It soars all around you, guarded and propelled by it's astral ornaments.
Nothing more than a glinting streak of light,
It slices through these dark, estranged lands remaining.
Throughout the places everywhere, where man dwells no more.
No one voice, nor a group of voices can break the silence outside;
Amidst forests and jungles, wild and young, which have evolved beyond the people's imagining.
Planet Earth stands triumphant and thrives atop this fading corpse of humanity.
Most, but not all of civilization is hardedned by ruin.
Endless miles stretching, dressed in crumbling walls, dilapidated rooftops.
Abandoned homes and winding highways which loom in desolation - we suppress the knowing of how society rests in ember, ash and rubble now.
We know this, as today's world's deeply flooded underwater; yet we perservere still, onward.
All we can do anymore is bow our heads to this era we've made.
Kneel, in front of the Earth's greatness, reigning king.
Our busy lives blinded our eyes, then muffled our souls before.
The times are quieter now, and we have the chance to reflect as we jounrey towards the future's hidden treasures.
And this, a mere dream about a massive world approaching it's imminent future.
