Francine is a serious, hardworking woman, but she is also a bit of a miser who is saving everything penny she can so one-day, she can buy her dream home, a Victorian House on the water. Patrick is a fun-loving spendthrift whose wealthy parents are generous with him when it comes to money. But his spending has spun out of control and he's gotten himself into serious debt. Patrick comes up with an idea to buy real estate, fix it up and resell it to make the extra money he needs to pull himself out of the hole he has created. When Francine and Patrick both want to buy the same property, the fireworks begin, but where ill they end?
