This book is a compilation of information about the Life and Times of Reverend Larry and Lowana Orcena and their family. Larry was a decorated WWII Veteran who came home from the war and dedicated the remainder of his life to serving God as a Minister in the Wesleyan Methodist church. His wife, Lowana, served at his side throughout their careers with the Church. They pastored churches in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Larry and Lowana had three children who they raised and educated in the beliefs of the Church. The Memoirs covers a lot of years, from 1926 through 2014 in fact, and contains many interesting recollections written by each family member. The stories include both professional and personal experiences. Although the book is of particular interest to the Orcena family and their immediate offspring, it is also very inspiring to others that have an interest in pure family upbringing, religious beliefs, and those who enjoy sharing a lifetime of success through both the hardships and good times we all encounter in life.
