"Midnight Blue, Vol. 3: Celebrities is much like the other volumes in this series. The video quality is as cheap as you would expect from a public-access show, as is the audio quality. That said, New York After Midnight has been honest about the limited A/V quality of the show and prefaces the program with an amusing disclaimer about the source materials. In terms of extras, the first is an optional trivia track that rattles off information about the celebrities who appear on the show, host Al Goldstein, and any related subjects. The results are both informative and witty. There's also a bizarre video segment thrown in as a bonus called ""Al's Adventures on Demerol"" that records a few minutes worth of a drugged-out dentist visit for posterity. All in all, Midnight Blue, Vol. 3: Celebrities doesn't offer sterling technical quality or plentiful extras, but those issues are moot. The rarity of the material is the real draw for the show's fans and that is what makes the disc worth checking out for that audience."
