Mauro Borrelli directs the detective mystery thriller in the vein of Silence of the Lambs. A serial killer known as The Artist (John Malkovich) is scheduled to die for his crimes in less than a month. That is until a copycat starts murdering women using his exact methods and artistry. Since the details were never released, detectives Jake Doyle (Martin Lawrence) and Mary Kelly (Melissa Roxburgh) consult with The Artist on the crimes, hoping to catch the killer before he can strike again. In doing so, they discover that Mary is his next target.
