I'm Kira Fairwood, fox shifter and reluctant heir to a cut-throat old werewolf. As this week's annoyance, he forces me to attend a series of contests that often turn bloody. Unfortunately, something even darker is going on beneath the surface of the Moon Trials. A spate of murders points directly at me, and if I can't clear my name I'll be forced to stick around until the bitter end. Only trouble? The final battle has two outcomes: kill or be killed.
