1959 - A series of biologically enhanced bombs are detonated across the country. In the midst of a heist in Utah, Mr. Pale is trapped in an underground bomb shelter. 1963 - Mr. Pale emerges in a foreign land of death and hardship. Over half of the population has been wiped out and those that survived are caught between mutant animals, the walking dead and horrible diseases. Bands of violent gangs rule the West, ravaging half-filled towns and taking any precious supplies they can find. Mr. Pale finds himself at a temporary impasse.
