From the Introduction: While I was a young friar teaching at Providence College I began writing regularly for the National Catholic Register. Early on, graduate students suggested that I publish my columns as a book. More recently, one of my students from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Dr. Anthony Lilles, Academic Dean of St. Patrick's Seminary in Menlo Park, renewed the same suggestion. Though written about many topics on life in the Church, the vast majority are on issues liturgical and charismatic. Where there was heavy duplication, some sections were removed, but overlapping and repetition is still found herein. May the reader enjoy them as much as I did writing them.Various Topics: Renewal in the Holy SpiritRenewal of Devotion to Our LadyRenewal of Liturgy, Prayer, and DevotionRenewal of the Liturgical SeasonsRenewal of Truth, Beauty, and GoodnessRenewal of the Church's Missio
