This United States Marine Corps training and readiness (T&R) manual, NAVMC 3500.78C Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense Training and Readiness Manual November 2022, contains the collective and individual training requirements to prepare units to accomplish their combat mission. This T&R Manual identifies the minimum standards that Marines must be able to perform in combat. This T&R Manual is a fundamental tool for commanders to build and maintain unit combat readiness.
