"Vulnerability is not weakness. Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change. Shame is the swamp land of the soul."Brene Brown
Are you ready to break free from the bondage of your past? Do you wonder if you are worthy? Do you wonder if you are damaged? Do you question if you are lovable? Shame and guilt identifies you with only your worst moments but you can't base your identity on those things. It isn't the whole picture.
LaTasha Carter shares a step by step guide to surviving shame and letting go of your past. She shows her vulnerability as she discusses the impact of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. She empowers you to move beyond your shame and guilt to live a happier more fulfilled life.
LaTasha Carter is the CEO of GoldStar Counseling & Wellness Center, a division of Therapeutic Connections, PLLC. She is an author, licensed therapist, life coach, and motivational speaker committed to the empowerment of individuals and families. Ms. Carter specializes in the assessment and treatment of acute and chronic PTSD, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship therapy.
