Have you ever wondered how Santa's elves become builders, bakers, and candy cane twisters?
Just like us humans, Christmas elves are born with their own talent and skill and it's up to each to find what job they'd like to do. Lucky for them, Santa lends a helping hand and assigns his elves to just the right job based on their skill.

Well, Santa might be the big guy in charge at the North Pole but it's his daughter, North, who runs the elf show, so this is her neck of the woods.
