"notes to self" is an illustrated book of poetry by Tessa Rose Keyser. Tessa has performed and competed in youth poetry slams and open mics throughout the Washington DC area. She has competed at the National Portrait Gallery and performed at the the Arena Stage in Washington DC. Tessa has recently graduated from high school, where she was a leader in National English Honor Society. She also ran a poetry club, mentoring middle school aged poets. Originally from Northern Virginia, Tessa is pursuing an undergraduate degree at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.
