Dr. Tawanna O. Gilliard is an author, inspirational speaker, faith-based motivator, board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and Founder of Cornerstone of Wellness, LLC. She has a passion for financial literacy and mental wellness due to her own personal struggles through financial crisis and suicidal thoughts. Suicide deaths among female physicians is 250 to 400% higher when compared to females in other professions. Dr. Gilliard was almost a part of this statistic. In her debut book, she shares how she prioritized her mental health and triumphed over debt by changing her mindset, building a dream team, and being consistent with small intentional actions.
