After his brother is murdered, Drew Covington tries to bring his spirit back to find out who killed Charles. With little success, and feeling desperate, he hires an assistant to help with his quest. Violet Moore is excited about obtaining the job working with Drew. But she also knows something about Charles' demise and is hiding the fact. Between visits from other spirits and signs that Charles is attempting to reach them, Violet and Drew are falling in love. Can they succeed before the murderer strikes again?
