The idea for this book was originally thought of in 2019. It took years of trials and tribulations to make it to a publishing point. The author, Melody Lacour-has been diagnosed with Ptsd, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc. The purpose behind this book is to motivate people on the idea of "you can do anything you want no matter what you face." It's an inspirational story to let the readers know, you can over come anything. "Mental health is important and it means a lot to me to be there for the people who understand me. The title comes from the fact that a lot of people gave up on me due to being scared of my actions during my out of body mental break downs, they began to fear wanting to be around me cause they thought i was crazy not knowing my actions was a cry for help.
