's best (and most versatile) pianists of the 1920s. This valuable Folkways LP contains all six of his piano solos plus Bargy's 11 piano rolls. Dating from 1922-24, these performances find him mostly playing his own originals, novelty ragtime compositions from the era when that short-lived music was at the height of its popularity.
