The United States of America has a [major cultural problem] it must address in a national, rational, unbiased manner. President Lyndon Johnson tried with the great society. It is argued in this material that probably not a single African American alive today is not impacted by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms. This tragedy is primarily based upon the historical and continuous cultural rejection and exclusion by a great number of White Americans socially and institutionally. This rejection, in some form, can be found in nearly every aspect (subtle and overt) of American daily life. The emotional pressure on African Americans is tremendous by numerous personal accounts. The [false] "superior Whites only" mentality is culturally and insanely pervasive in American quarters. It is also argued here that nearly all African American citizens are infected with an "emotional shame" that is extremely difficult to overcome on a personal and group level. The mere fact that this psychological/emotional/behavioral phenomenon is falsely denied by many Whites (the United Nations identified this in an official resolution), and is pushed deep down inside the emotions by many African Americans (the most persecuted, criminalized, and marginalized citizen group in America)...because of this a cultural illness is created that prevents American society from moving toward the more perfect union model.
