Nowadays, we can notice the rapid dissemination of information, mainly on social networks, with a focus on WhatsApp, and, due to the volume of information shared at each moment, it is also difficult to control or even validate it, associated with fact that there is no unified mechanism for validating such information. In this context, research was carried out on the need to validate the information that circulates in all means of disseminating information, in which around 82% of citizens stated that they resort to validation with the institutions supposedly owning the advertisements, consultation between colleagues and friends and get information directly on the institution's official page. Note, however, that the period for validating information mostly varies between 24 hours and at least 10 days. Based on the research, a computerized model for validating information in real time was developed, as long as the databases (containing information) are properly mapped, which could reduce the sharing of supposedly false information by 64%, according to the data obtained in questionnaires to citizens and companies.
