The American investigators have proved that all such material can b used in the paper industry in the exist ing plants with slight changes in th( digestive process. Swedish craft paper, one of the most valuable of the heavier wrapping papers, can be manufactured at a good profit from this material that is now going to waste.
The plan outlined for Canada includes a demonstrating plant for treating jack pine paving blocks and sample pave ments will be laid in the larger cities to show the public the utility of this much despised timber.
