Scarlet (Julia Fox) is a cam model who catches the attention of a lonely online gambler named Jack (Peter Vack). As Jack gets to know Scarlet more, he becomes obsessed with her, especially after learning that she has unrealized potential as a painter. His fixation on her reaches its climax when he sees her on a rainy street in New York City's Chinatown. Scarlet, on the other hand, decides to take advantage of this adoration.
