This book constitutes the second part of the proceedings of the 15th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems, ACIIDS 2023, held in Phuket, Thailand, during July 24–26, 2023.
The 50 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 224 submissions.
