The global pandemic has brought on a new set of challenges for each one of us. First, we were concerned about bills and how we would feed our families now; many of us are trying to process this heavyweight of grief that keeps coming back to back. Because of this social distance life we live and lockdowns and government regulations that have had all of us divided to stay safe and even down to political lines that have split us. Relax with Vijay was created to unify individuals worldwide and provide a group therapy where we all heal from one another's past experiences and current situations. We are doing daily our concern and focus, and if we can help each other heal, let's do it together in group therapy. Why do you relax with Vijay? This interactive journal collection will last for six months, but everyone will meet with Vijay weekly for group therapy, a place where all are welcome to come and heal together. For those who would like a more permanent seat on the panel, a subscription will be available for you. Come and join us in Group Therapy as we Relax with Vijay.
