As the production of angling requisites occupies the whole of our attention, &c., we have an immense advantage possessed by few, if any, equally large producers of angling requisites.
Having now increased facilities for the production of refined and improved angling necessities, we shall be enabled to construct to order and description customers' own ideas, still more accurate in detail, when differing from articles already stocked.
Our specialities in Rods, Reels, Lines, and in Fly, Mid-water, and Bottom Tackle, generally need no commendation. Steel-centred Rods, Waterproof Silk, and the Acme Metal-centred Lines, centre winches, &c., have now acquired world-wide fame, being extensively used almost wherever a fly is thrown or a bait is spun.
The success of these latest developments in the angler's implements has, we are reluctantly compelled to add, induced unscrupulous traders and makers to victimise the unsuspecting with numerous more or less unworthy imitations, in which durability, utility, and quality of material and workmanship is sacrificed for the sake of a dishonest profit. To ensure satisfaction the intending purchaser will do well to invest in the original, true, and reliable articles.
