Return of the Children is the first book in a trilogy where twelve children return to Earth to the parents they never knew. One of these returning joins the forces of darkness, seemingly following the pattern of Judas, who you should remember, was joined to Satan. The remaining eleven battle the evil that has darkened the Earth. They meet with beasts termed 'Dark Screamers' whose horrific screams cause havoc and disorder. After these are defeated a new threat emerges. A dark mass, that had been held captive since the beginning of time, is found to be heading for Earth. Jerrick identifies the mass as dark matter; a huge cloud of antimatter the size of which would be capable of eliminating the entire planet. However, this does not happen. Read how Jerrick and the others defeat this evil. Find out what happens to the dark matter when you read Return of the Children. Rich was born in Northern California during the dark days after the start of World War II. After suffering the pains of going through what two older brothers put him, he joined the Army in 1959. Three years after his discharge in 1965 he married Frances and together with her had three children, one of which lives in Grass Valley, California where Rich and Fran now reside. One lives in nearby Auburn and the other in the Bay Area. Together with Fran he taught in various Christian Schools in California, from 1972 through 1993. Among some of the places were Santa Maria, Paradise, Pomona, Atwater and Fremont. He totally enjoys writing and tends to shun work of any kind.
