Elliott and Elektra Terry are on their second mission, which begins in Conneaut, Ohio, and then takes them to St. Augustine, Florida. While Elliott is being treated for frostbite, they are haunted by the connection between a dieing woman, a sassy girl and her vicious dog, and the ever-stalking presence of the Nephilim.
