During the pandemic of 2020, I realized that many things have changed. Things that we had become accustomed to, things that we didn't realize we were even affected by. It's something about having a world in chaos, you begin to truly spend time opening your eyes to what this world has become. More importantly, I began to envision the world that God has in mind for His children. This is when I came to realize that the rhythm of our world has changed. We all have experienced many ups and downs, but our world, our lives, and everything that we knew had become upended. Our lives may never be the same again. I began to think about rhythm and how it seems that the rhythm of the world has changed. The rhythm of the way we think, the way we live, and the way we interact with ourselves and others. Thinking about Jesus, he came into the world where sin dwells, and yet He was able to sustain his rhythm till the very end of His life. The sins of Adam and Eve have affected our world, and as time moves our rhythm in this current world is changing day by day. We have lost sight of the rhythm that God has for us in His word. As Jesus came here with the rhythm of his father, He never failed or ever deviated from it. As followers of Jesus Christ, we should want to learn to live in the rhythm of our father. I believe that if we had the rhythm of Jesus, our lives and our world would be better. We would be better equipped to face situations and circumstances with a Jesus rhythm and a Jesus-focused mind. The purpose of this book is to gain knowledge of Jesus' rhythm. My desire is that followers of Jesus will find His rhythm and begin to pass along happiness and love to all mankind.
